List of supplied modules

 

1. AGO420 – Galvanic separator 4-20/4-20 mA

Input side passive (4-20 mA current must be forced from a foreign device). Output side two-wire, passive (current sink). No power supply is required. DIN rail mounting.

2. AGO124 – Galvanic separator 0-10 V / 4-20 mA

Input side 0-10 V powered by 24 V=, output side sleeps as a passive current sink. DIN rail mounting.

3. AGO120 – Galvanic separator 0-10 V/ 4-20 mA

Galvanic isolator 0-10 V/ 4-20 mA. It is separately powered on both input and output sides. The output is active 4-20 mA. DIN rail mounting.

4. AGO020 – Galvanic separator 0-20/0-20 mA

It is separately powered on both the input and output sides. The output is active (current source). DIN rail mounting.

5. AGO142 Galvanic separator 0…10 V / 2 x 4…20 mA

It is used for galvanic isolation and conversion of 0…10 V signal to two galvanically isolated independent passive two-wire clamps 4…20 mA. The input side has a +24V supply, the outputs are supplied from individual two-wire terminals 9…30 V=. DIN rail mounting.

6. AGO242 – Galvanic separator 4…20 mA / 2 x 4…20 mA

It is used for galvanic isolation of the 4…20 mA signal into two galvanically isolated independent passive two-wire 4…20 mA clamps. The input side has a power supply of +24V, the outputs (current sink) are supplied from individual two-wire clamps 9…30 V=. They can be cascaded at a voltage loss of 3 V=/module. DIN rail mounting.

7. NAM222 – NAMUR signal converter with directional resolution

It is used for Namur signal processing with directional resolution (e.g. OPTO water meter sensor Meinecke, Sensus, HRI-MEI with water flow direction resolution, proximity sensors, etc.). It has two identical galvanically isolated pulse outputs and two galvanically isolated complementary outputs for direction signalling. Power supply 24 V=. DIN rail mounting.

8. PRI420 – Resistance-to-current converter 4…20 mA

Resistance converter for current 4…20 mA. The resistor can be connected two-wire or three-wire. It has four ranges (optional jumpers) 0…100 Ohm, 1 kOhm, 10 kOhm and one custom range 0…10 kOhm. Up to four customer ranges possible. The 4…20 mA output is a two-wire, passive current sink. The converter is fed from the clamp. DIN rail mounting.

9. PPT101 – Temperature-to-current converter 4…20 mA

Temperature transmitter to 4-20 mA with Pt100 sensor. The Pt100 sensor can be wired as two-wire or three-wire. The 4…20 mA output is a two-wire, passive current sink, the converter is fed from a clamp. DIN-rail mounting.

10. PTP101 – Submersible temperature transmitter IP68

Immersion thermometer – temperature transmitter with Pt100 sensor. IP68 protection, measuring range -20…+70 ˚C.  Output is two-wire at 4-20 mA, the transmitter is powered from the clamp. Cable of any length is fixed mounted.

11. DSPxxx  – Two-channel surge protection against GND

(xxx – required output threshold voltage)

Two-channel overvoltage protection on DIN rail for 0/4-20 mA clamps, which protects outputs against GND. The current sources are external active current sinks. Output is limited to voltage xxx, e.g. 5.8V=, supplied to customer specification. The protection is reversible up to an absorbed power of 600W/1ms.

12. SSPxxx  – Single-channel surge protection against GND

(xxx – required output threshold voltage)

Detto as DSPxxx, only single-channel and thus cheaper. DIN rail mounting.

13. PRS220 – Current 0/4…20 mA controlled dual channel switch

It is a current-controlled dual-channel switch module. The input is a 0/4…20 mA current clamp, the output is the power switching relay contacts for the individual channels. It is used as a limit/differential switch with various programmable functions. It is preferably used e.g. in pumping control with two pumps (drinking water, wastewater). DIN rail mounting.

14. BGO220 – Dual Channel Binary Galvanic Universal Separator

Two-channel, galvanically isolated binary separator, polarity-free. Outputs are open collector-emitter types with max. load 30V/0.5A DC. DIN rail mounting.
